Review of lactating parent’s & infant’s health history, birth & feeding experience, physical assessment including lactating parent’s breast/chest & baby’s oral & structural anatomy, observation, assessment & hands-on assistance while feeding, personalized feeding care plan, report to baby’s care provider if needed, follow-up care via email or text
$ 120 + HST
45 Minutes - 1 Hour
Assess progress, oberservation, assessment and hands-on assistance while feeding, re-evaluating and updating of care plan, report to baby’s care provider if needed, follow-up care via email or text
$ 100 + HST per hour
1 - 1.25 Hours (Home or Virtual)
Discuss breast- and chestfeeding basics and how to get off to a good start at the hospital and the early days at home, assessment of lactating parent’s history and breast/chest exam, if warranted, Review of positioning and optimal latch, answer specific questions parents may have, including those about feeding options
**Second and subsequent-time parents may wish to discuss their previous experience with the goal of optimizing knowledge and resources when welcoming the newest family member.
$ 100 + HST per Hour
1 - 1.25 Hours Initial
30 - 45 Minutes Follow up
Review of lactating parent’s and infant’s health history, birth and feeding experience to date, triage issues and teaching of techniques for improvment, observation and assessment of a feed, if warranted, a personalized feeding care plan, report to baby’s care provider if needed, follow-up care via email or text
$ 35 + HST per 15 Minutes
